Q: My proof is too light or too dark. Will this be fixed?

A: Proofs are NOT color-corrected. Final prints will be lightened or darkened as needed for proper skin tones.

Q: When will I receive my photos?

A: For FASTEST DELIVERY order on-line! Orders received by mail or fax by the "order deadline" should be shipped to you within 14 business days. Prints are shipped via US Post Office.

Q: How long does it take to receive my Commencememt Plaque?

A: Plaques are shipped separately from print orders as they require 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. We cannot ship plaques to a P O Box. Please include a physical address for shipment.

Q: I have received the wrong prints, what should I do?

A: While we make every effort to avoid a mis-shipment there is a chance that it may happen. Please call our office so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Q: What is a Memory Mate?

A: A Memory Mate is a print that includes a 3x5 image of the individual player along with a 5x7 print of the team.

Q: The deadline has passed, can I still order prints?

A: YES. If it is more than 7 days past the "order deadline" there is a late fee of $5.00.
